Where Do You Draw the Line? (Human Development) - For Web Readers

Tell us in the comments section where you think the line should be drawn between "No Human Rights" and "Basic Human Rights."  Then explain why you draw the line at that point in development.

  1. I draw the line at conception. I believe that from the moment a child (yes a "child" not an "it" or a "thing" for embryos are children) is conceived they are alive, and they are worthy of life. No one should wish to or should have the resources to take life from another being. With a unique and complete human genome, how could one argue that embryos are not actually human?
